The Aseptika Tube Sealer is used to seal and cut the tubing of the Bioreactor Sampler.
This seals the sample into the Sample Syringe and allows the Sample Syringe to be cleanly removed from the Bioreactor Sampler, without exposing the sample to the atmosphere, the user to the sample and prevents contamination of the bioreactor or fermentor when the Sample Syringe is removed.
The Tube Sealer is battery operated and will make up to 300 seals with a single charge. The Tube Sealer is optimized for sealing the tubing of the Bioreactor Sampler, even when the tubing is full of sample.
The Aseptika Tube Sealer is supplied complete with everything you need. It even has its own carry case and weighs just 1Kg or 2.2lbs.
Please note: we ONLY recommend the Aseptika Tube Sealer for use with the Bioreactor Sampler and it should not be used as a general tube welder.
